Closed: Job Vacancy – Receptionist/Workflow Administrator/Records Clerk 37.5hrs
We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, well-motivated, Receptionist/Workflow Administrator/Records Clerk to join our team. Working 5 days a week Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm (job share possible).
You must have the ability to work consistently and accurately. You must have a good command of written and verbal English. You must be very reliable, punctual and hard working.
Previous experience of General Practice Reception and Workflow Administration via Docman and EMIS Web systems is desirable. You should have some familiarity of medical terminology, although training will be provided. An awareness of the necessity to maintain absolute confidentiality is a must.
The role includes but is not limited to front of house reception, sorting and coding of medical records, processing of incoming documents using the workflow system, managing generic email inbox, and patient registrations.
Rate of pay will be £8.72 an hour increasing to £9.00 following successful completion of the probationary period.
