Sam Allington – Practice Manager Practice Manager – Manages the CCG, NHS England, Public Health and Government objectives which are target driven and leads the team in achieving these. Also deals with complaints, finance and overall management of the team and the business.
Deputy Managers Deputy Managers – The Centre also has two Deputy Managers who deal with particular areas of work such as HR and Health and Safety but who also help the staff on a day to day basis to ensure smooth running.
Receptionist / Administration Clerks Receptionist / Administration Clerks – We have a team of 6 Receptionists who deal with a multitude of tasks to ensure patients and visitors are tended to efficiently and professionally
Medical Secretary Medical Secretary – Processes the majority of the outgoing written communication eg: referrals, insurance reports, recall letter invites etc and ensures the doctors are well informed of new services available
Data Operator / Quality Clerk Data Operator / Quality Clerk – Registers new patients onto the system and transfers patient records out when patients leave the register. Summarises incoming medical records to ensure a computerised copy is available and accurate. Summarises all incoming mail to ensure patient records are always up to date.
Records Clerks Records Clerks – Assists the Data Operator / Quality Clerk in summarising medical records to ensure a computerised copy is available, accurate and up to date. They scan and process all of the incoming mail.
