Please allow 7 working days before arranging collection if you order via your pharmacy.
This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.
This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen pharmacy directly saving you having to come down to the surgery to pick it up and then take to the pharmacy yourself.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy complete this form or ask reception to sign you up.
